Chenmei Packaging is equipped with 5 sets of Henghui PET bottle blank injection molding machines, which are equipped with high-precision hot runner mold systems. The production of PET bottle blanks involves core stages such as raw material drying, injection molding, cooling and solidification, demolding and finishing, and quality inspection. The company uses dedicated PET screws, which have an extremely long aspect ratio and high plasticization rate, ensuring uniform and sufficient melting. The hot runner mold system ensures the balance of filling in each mold cavity and the consistency of temperature, effectively avoiding defects such as local overheating or insufficient filling. In terms of process parameter control, key indicators such as injection temperature, holding pressure, and cooling time are precisely set and monitored in real time through a microcomputer automated control system.
