Founder Overview

1. Mr. Wang, the founder of Chenmei Packaging, is a technical-based entrepreneur located in Ningbo, Zhejiang. He owns more than 10 years of full-industry-chain experience in precision mold R&D, non-standard automation upgrading and cosmetic packaging manufacturing.

2. Different from traditional enterprise operators, Mr. Wang started from grassroots technical engineering. He has grown from a professional mold and automation R&D engineer to the founder of two physical manufacturing factories.

3. He has built a unique closed-loop industrial system featuring self-research, self-developed equipment, self-made molds and self-production, forming the core technical barrier of Chenmei Packaging.

Technical Accumulation Stage

1. Mr. Wang served as a precision plastic mold engineer and non-standard automation equipment R&D engineer, focusing on core technical research and development of cosmetic packaging.

2. He is proficient in plastic mold structure design, mold flow analysis, structural optimization, fixture customization and injection molding process debugging, especially good at complex structural molds for spray nozzles, lotion pumps and tiny precision plastic parts.

3. He independently developed automated assembly, pressing and testing equipment for small packaging parts, solving the industry pain points of low manual assembly efficiency, low precision and high defective rate, and laying a solid technical foundation for subsequent factory operation.

1. In 2016, Mr. Wang officially started his entrepreneurial career and founded two complementary physical manufacturing enterprises to realize vertical full-industry-chain coverage of cosmetic packaging.

2. Ningbo Yanbaisheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Founded by Mr. Wang, the company focuses on precision mold development and non-standard automation customization. It independently develops exclusive production and testing equipment for cosmetic packaging, providing stable upstream technical and equipment support for packaging mass production.

3. Ningbo Chenmei Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. Founded by Mr. Wang, the company focuses on R&D, customization, injection molding production and finished product assembly of cosmetic plastic packaging. The main products include sprayers, lotion pumps, plastic caps, essential oil bottles, skincare bottles and portable travel packaging sets, serving global beauty and daily chemical brands.
