The products are manufactured in a food-grade clean environment; no pre-filling water rinse is required—simply ensure the bottle remains dry and clean. After filling, press the pump 5–8 times to expel internal air and establish a vacuum seal, which helps delay oxidation and bacterial growth.
Avoid exposing the product to extreme conditions such as prolonged direct sunlight, high temperatures, or freezing temperatures, as this can compromise the material integrity and piston seal performance.
Store the Vacuum Bottle upright; avoid prolonged stacking or compression that could cause piston misalignment, leading to jamming or uneven dispensing. Keep away from strong acids, alkalis, and corrosive solvents to extend the product's lifespan.
The design features an external spring isolation structure; the spring does not come into contact with the product formula, eliminating risks of rust or contamination from debris. The bottle is suitable for repeated cleaning and reuse with various natural skincare and acidic formulas.
When cleaning, wash only the bottle body and outer cap; do not submerge the pump mechanism in water, as this can cause the sealing structure to dry out or the spring mechanism to jam. Thoroughly remove any residual product before switching to a new formula to prevent spoilage or cross-contamination of scents.
If the pump jams or fails to dispense during use, it is usually due to trapped air or a viscosity mismatch; simply re-prime the pump (expel air) or top up the product to restore function.
Minor leakage is often caused by piston misalignment due to compression during transport; this can usually be fixed by letting the bottle stand upright and re-priming the pump.
Uneven atomization is typically caused by dried residue clogging the nozzle; rinsing the nozzle with clean water will restore normal spray performance.
