Strict experimental standards covering all key indicators throughout the entire process
As an enterprise deeply engaged in the research and production of cosmetic plastic packaging materials, Chenmei Packaging has always integrated product experimentation and quality inspection throughout the entire process from raw material inspection, injection molding, blow molding to final assembly. In this experiment, the engineering team strictly followed the internationally accepted packaging container reliability testing standards to conduct systematic tests on multiple batches of PET bottles and their corresponding pump heads.
The experimental project covers multiple key dimensions: In the capacity accuracy test, engineers measured the actual capacity deviation of different-sized plastic bottles to ensure that the capacity indicators of each batch of products met the design specifications; in the minimum wall thickness detection stage, the team used high-precision measuring instruments to scan the wall thickness of each part of the bottle body point by point, ensuring that the structural strength of the bottle meets the requirements for filling and transportation; in addition, engineers also conducted compressive strength tests and sealing experiments on the bottle body and pump head components, simulating the external pressure and internal material pressure that cosmetics may encounter during storage, transportation, and daily use, to verify the structural reliability of the packaging container.
